Shipping policy

All shipping will be conducted through 3rd Party services like USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. 

Orders will typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed.  For larger items we ask for a grace period of 3-4 business to accommodate shipment preparation.  Orders placed after 1:00pm PST on any given weekday will not be processed until the next business day.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping may be offered and applied to some orders on this online store.  Free shipping only applies to the freight or shipping cost only and does not apply to any applicable customs or duty fees.

International Shipping

Monocure 3D is not responsible for paying any international customs or duties fees.  Customs and Duty fees are the responsibility of the customer for the receiving country the order applies to.  Please be aware of your country's customs and duty policies and fees before ordering.
